Amazon founding buyer Nick Hanauer was recently on those "TED" Talks. He explained that businesses do not create careers so much as consum-ers do.
Careers are produced by demand, so people have to demand thing if they want a rise chain of supply.

He had a point. Taco Bell just proved it. Ever hear of those "Doritos Locos" tacos, where they use Dor-itos chips to make a taco shell? According to the Daily Mail, they've proven so popular that it's added 15,000 careers to Taco Bell payrolls.
One taco for 15,000 careers
The correlation between a taco and 15,000 careers being created was not quite explained by Taco Bell, and most likely because it does not make sense. It seems silly that so many jobs would come from one item on the menu.
When Taco Bell first started the taco, it was tested in a few areas where it was extremely successful. Then, it was re-leased throughout the whole country. The one item made up a quarter of all Taco Bell taco sales, according to the Christian Science Monitor, and over 375 million were sold in 2012.
Launched last year with a shell made from Doritos' "Nacho Cheese" flavor chips, the next iteration were released on March 7, according to the LA Times, with Doritos "Cool Ranch." Perhaps the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos will be just as huge a hit. Doritos Lo-cos also will not break one's personal bank; unit price are under $2 per. It's also a good choice if one is watching their calories. The Nacho variety packs 160 calories and 10 grams of fat; the Cool Ranch has 140 calories and 7 g.
